Risk Management & Claims Handling
The range of services we provide to our commercial clients includes advice in relation to risk exposure together with legal liability. Where necessary, we engage specialists in other disciplines to provide services to our clients, including safety training for employees, preparation of safety statements as required by the Safety Health and Welfare at Work act 1989, engineering inspections on relevant plant and machinery to comply with statutory provisions.
Claims Handling
When clients suffer a loss, or incur a legal liability claim, we actively assist our client in all aspects of the claim, from initial reporting through to completion. In addition to advising our clients in relation to the claim, we instruct, where necessary, experts in other fields relevant to a particular claim, eg private investigators, solicitors, engineers etc.
